About Kevin Williams
Kevin Williams is chair of the Photonic Integration Research group at the Technical University of Eindhoven.
After completing his PhD research on short pulse laser diodes at the University of Bath, he went moved to Bristol where he was awarded a Royal Society University Research Fellowship at the University of Bristol. He then moved to Cambridge University where he was elected as a Fellow of Churchill College. In 2006 he moved to the Netherlands with a European Commission funded Marie Curie Chair to research the fabrication and demonstration of optoelectronic integrated circuits for optical communications.
Kevin is the Primary Guest Editor for the upcoming JSTQE special issue on InP integration photonics.
